Liability for Contents

The contents of our websites were prepared with utmost care. We may, however, not accept any warranty for the accuracy, integrity and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to the general provisions under sec. 7(1) TMG [Telemediengesetz – German Telemedia Act]. However, under sec. 8 through 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transferred or saved third-party information or to search for circumstances indicating any illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected thereby. Any liability in this respect shall, however, only be possible from the time when knowledge is gained of a concrete violation of the law. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will immediately remove the contents in question.

Reference Data

(1) To the extent required for establishing, structuring or changing contract relationships, we use your personal data (reference data) only for contract processing and performance. For example, your name and address must be disclosed to courier service providers for the delivery of any goods.

(2) We do not transfer your personal data to third parties not involved in contract processing, unless you expressly consented to this or this is permitted or required by law. Following completion of the contract, your data will be blocked for further use. Once retention period prescribed by trade/tax law terminate, this data will be erased, unless you expressly consented to further use.

Information on Cookies & transfer of data

(1) We use cookies to optimise our web presence, these are small text files which are saved and stored on your computer memory. These cookies will be deleted again when the browser is closed. Other cookies remain on your computer (long-term cookies) and recognise it when visiting the website again. This way, you have better access to our website.

(2) You can prevent cookies from being saved on your computer by selecting “Block cookies” in your browser settings; however, this may restrict the function of our website.

We use Google-Fonts on our site that have been downloaded on our own Server. Due to the local usage no download nor data traffic/storage to other webspaces and servers can occure.

Data subjects have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the case of data breaches. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the data protection commissioner of the federal state in which our business has its registered office.
